- Pass consent of all partners (or as per LLP Agreement) for the name change
- File RUN-LLP on MCA portal for name reservation
- File Form 5 (Notice of Change of Name of LLP) on MCA portal with partners' consent and name reservation approval
- Amended Certificate of Incorporation issued with new name. LLPIN remains unchanged.
